Who We Are

Whiteoak Village is owned and operated by Pocahontas County native Deb Cosner. Born and raised here, Deb has built Whiteoak from the ground up.  After managing the store and marina at Lake Moomaw for over 14 years, he decided that he wanted to build a rustic and cozy campground to be an affordable and comfortable place for tourists and visitors to stay at while visiting the beautiful mountains of West Virginia.  He started his dream in 2000 and has been working diligently on it since then. Already completed are four different sized rooms, two cabins, tent and RV sites with water and electric hookups, sculpted ponds,carwash and a coin operated laundry facility.  More rooms and cabins are being built as you are viewing this. Also, Mac-Duff's Restaurant will be open soon.
